Platystele aurea is a species in the Platystele genus. This name is accepted name for the species in the family Orchidaceae subfamily Epidendroideae, tribe Epidendreae, subtribe Pleurothallidinae, . It is in the subgenus Rubellia . This species is found in Panama to E. Ecuador.
Pleurothallis rubella - miniature size Pleurothallis species from Central & South America. This is one of easy growing miniature orchids, great for any miniature orchid beginner. Does grow perfect under intermediate to warm temperatures, and is excellent candidate for glass orbs, vases, terrariums and vivariums or frog encounters.
