The orchid Phalaenopsis Pokai Bay is a hybrid in the Phalaenopsis genus. registered with the Royal Horticultural Society by Kodama in 1968. Registered parents are Phalaenopsis Doreen × Phalaenopsis Surfrider. The key influencing species of this hybrid are Phalaenopsis amabilis (35.94% ) Phalaenopsis amabilis subsp. amabilis (32.62% ) Phalaenopsis aphrodite (22.07% subgenus Phalaenopsis section: Phalaenopsis ) listed in order of their genetic contribution.
